Privacy Change Log

A record of material revisions to the AIShare Privacy Policy. Each entry summarises what changed; the binding language for every version is the full Privacy Policy page as it read on that date.

  1. April 19, 2026

    Current version. Added cookie inventory, international-transfers block, multilingual TL;DR (Hindi / Tamil), and a dedicated change log.

    • New §4A Cookie Inventory: full list of first- and third-party cookies used, with purpose, type, duration and the consent category that gates each one.
    • New §4B International Transfers: transparent explanation that storage is in India and AI inference may route to Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic in the US under encrypted connections and published vendor DPAs.
    • Plain-English TL;DR now available in Hindi and Tamil via an on-page locale toggle; English remains the binding version.
    • Introduced /privacy/changelog to version each revision going forward.

    DPDP 2023 compliance overhaul: consent ledger, DSR intake, sub-processor disclosure, retention schedule.

    • Added the cookie consent banner with explicit Accept / Reject / Customize flow, backed by a server-side consent ledger at /api/consent.
    • Published /privacy/requests for verified DPDP access / rectification / erasure / portability requests with a 30-day SLA.
    • Published /privacy/subprocessors with per-vendor purpose, region and DPA links; linked from Privacy §4.
    • Added §9 Children's Privacy with the DPDP parental-consent statement and the 18+ registration requirement.
    • Added §6 Retention Schedule with per-category retention windows and deletion triggers.

  3. January 15, 2026

    Initial public Privacy Policy covering data collection, usage, sharing, security and user rights.

    • Disclosed the categories of personal, usage and broker-integration data collected by the platform.
    • Named Razorpay for payments and Google Analytics (opt-in) for aggregated usage metrics.
    • Described security posture: TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access, bcrypt/argon2 hashing.
    • Stated SEBI non-registration and that collected data is used only to operate an informational platform.
