By accessing or using AIShare (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

AIShare is an AI-powered stock market analysis platform that provides:

• AI-generated swing trading signals for NSE and BSE listed stocks
• Technical indicator analysis and pattern recognition
• Stock screener with customizable filters
• Market overview and trending stock data
• AI-written trade thesis and reasoning
• Email and push notification alerts (for subscribed users)

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

AIShare offers free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Service:

• 14-day trial: Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
• Within 7 days: Full refund if requested within 7 days of first payment and fewer than 10 signals viewed.
• After 7 days: No refunds for the current billing period. You retain access until the end of the period.
• Refund requests can be made via email at support@aishare.in

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our signals or content
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or algorithms
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Intellectual Property

All content on AIShare — including AI-generated signals, analysis text, UI design, code, logos, and documentation — is owned by AIShare and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Stock market data displayed on the platform is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their respective terms of use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIShare and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses incurred based on our signals or analysis
• Inaccuracies in data provided by third-party market data sources
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party providers including Yahoo Finance, Twelve Data, Razorpay, and Google (for authentication). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
