1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AIShare (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

AIShare is an AI-powered stock market analysis platform that provides:

• AI-generated swing trading signals for NSE and BSE listed stocks
• Technical indicator analysis and pattern recognition
• Stock screener with customizable filters
• Market overview and trending stock data
• AI-written trade thesis and reasoning
• Email and push notification alerts (for subscribed users)

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

AIShare offers free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

6. Refund & Chargeback Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Service:

• Plan access: AIShare provides a ₹0 Free plan for basic access. Paid plans are charged when selected.
• Within 7 days: Full refund if requested within 7 days of your first payment and fewer than 10 signals viewed.
• After 7 days: No refunds for the current billing period. You retain access until the end of the period.

How to request a refund. Email billing@aishare.in from the address on your AIShare account with your order ID, payment reference and the reason for your request.

Processing SLA. Eligible refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically settle within an additional 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card network.

Razorpay disputes and chargebacks. If you believe a charge is unauthorised or incorrect and we have not been able to resolve the matter, you may raise a dispute directly with Razorpay or your card issuer. We will cooperate in good faith with any such dispute and provide the evidence required by the payment network. Raising a chargeback without first contacting billing@aishare.in may delay resolution.

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any non-waivable rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our signals or content
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or algorithms
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Intellectual Property

All content on AIShare — including AI-generated signals, analysis text, UI design, code, logos, and documentation — is owned by AIShare and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Stock market data displayed on the platform is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their respective terms of use.

8A. AI Outputs

“AI outputs” means signals, scores, trade thesis, pattern labels, stock screens and any other model output surfaced through the Service.

Probabilistic, not deterministic. AI outputs are produced by statistical models trained on historical market data. They are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or stale. AI outputs may disagree with each other across time or across models and may change without notice.

Not individual investment advice. AI outputs are not individual investment advice and are not calibrated to your financial situation, goals or risk tolerance. They do not take into account your tax status, existing holdings, leverage, or suitability. You must independently verify any AI output before acting on it.

Liability cap for AI outputs. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with AI outputs and the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid to AIShare in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIShare and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses incurred based on our signals or analysis
• Inaccuracies in data provided by third-party market data sources
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party providers including Yahoo Finance, Twelve Data, Razorpay, and Google (for authentication). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices.

10A. Broker Integration & Automated Trading

AIShare offers optional integration with Angel One (SmartAPI) — and may support other brokers in the future — to enable semi-automated order placement via our AI Trading Agent. You provide your broker credentials voluntarily and authorise AIShare to place buy and sell orders on your behalf.

All orders are executed through your brokerage account and are subject to brokerage charges, Securities Transaction Tax (STT), stamp duty, GST, exchange fees, and other statutory levies. AIShare does not charge any trading commission but is not responsible for any fees levied by your broker or regulatory authorities.

The Trading Agent uses AI-generated signals to place market or limit orders. Execution prices may differ from signal prices due to market volatility, slippage, partial fills, or broker system delays. AIShare does not guarantee any specific execution price, fill rate, or order completion.

You acknowledge that automated trading carries additional risks including but not limited to: software errors, network failures, broker API downtime, stale market data, and unintended order placement. AIShare shall not be liable for any trading losses, order failures, margin calls, or account impacts arising from use of the Trading Agent.

You are solely responsible for monitoring your brokerage account, ensuring adequate funds and margins, and verifying that all orders placed are consistent with your investment objectives and risk tolerance.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification).

12. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by writing to legal@aishare.in. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration on the terms set out below.

• Rules: The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended from time to time).
• Arbitrators: A sole arbitrator, appointed by mutual agreement of the parties; failing agreement, appointed in accordance with the Act.
• Seat and venue: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Language: English.
• Award: The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.

Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, including for the purpose of interim or injunctive relief.
