Data Subject Requests

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP), you may request access to, correction of, erasure of, or portability of the personal data we hold about you. Submit the form below; we’ll email a verification link so we can confirm you’re the account owner before acting.

Request type

Do not include passwords, OTPs, or government ID numbers.

We’ll send a verification link to your email. Requests are resolved within 30 days of verification.

Status tracker

Every request is acknowledged immediately and resolved within 30 calendar days. You’ll receive an email at each stage.

Before you submit

  • Erasure requests involving open broker sessions or pending trades require operator review before action — we will notify you if a hold applies.
  • Transaction records kept for tax and regulatory obligations cannot be deleted inside the retention window set by law.
