- 5–7 business days — typical resolution time once we confirm eligibility; Razorpay processes the reversal to the original payment method.
- Dispute option — if you believe we handled a refund unfairly, you can also raise a dispute directly with Razorpay (details below).
1. When a refund is available
AIShare offers a 7-day refund window on your first paid subscription to any tier (Pro monthly, Pro annual, Premium introductory, or Premium monthly). A request is eligible if:
- The request is sent within 7 calendar days of the charge.
- The subscription is the first paid purchase on the account (not a renewal).
- The account has not abused the service — for example, scripted scraping of signals or sharing credentials. We reserve the right to decline in bad-faith cases.
After 7 days, the current billing period is non-refundable, but you can cancel or downgrade at any time and keep access until the period ends. Consider a 30-day pause if you want a break without losing your account state.
2. How to request a refund
- Email billing@aishare.in from the email address on your AIShare account.
- Include your Razorpay order or payment id (starts with
rzp_), the date of payment, and a one-line reason. - We acknowledge within 1 business day and confirm eligibility within 3 business days.
- Razorpay processes the reversal to the original payment method; bank/UPI refunds typically settle within 5–7 business days of approval.
3. Razorpay dispute route
If you cannot resolve a billing issue with us directly, you may raise a dispute through Razorpay’s consumer support at razorpay.com/support. Please reference your payment id and include the prior email thread with billing@aishare.in. We cooperate fully with Razorpay-initiated investigations.
Important. AIShare is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. Refund eligibility is limited to the subscription fee only; we do not refund or compensate trading losses, brokerage, slippage, or other costs you incur while using the platform.
